Consultations are tailored to each person's age, goals, lifestyle and health needs. For younger clients, parents or carers are encouraged to be involved where appropriate.

No. You can book an appointment without a referral.
If you're eligible for a GP Chronic Condition Management Plan, you may be able to claim a Medicare rebate for your consultation. Private Health Insurance rebates may also be available depending on your level of cover.

Yes. When appropriate, Paul can provide personalised meal plans designed around your preferences, schedule, and nutrition goals.
Meal plans are intended as a short-term tool to help put nutrition advice into practice while building the skills and habits relevant to your goals. The goal is to become more flexible and confident with your food choices over time, rather than relying on a meal plan forever.
Meal plans are available at an additional cost following a consultation.
